铝对不同种源喜树种子萌发特性的影响
Effects of Al treatment on the germination of Camptotheca acuminate seeds from different provenances
以昆明、南京和贵阳3个种源的喜树种子做为试验材料,探讨了铝对不同种源喜树种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:(1)昆明的种源发芽能力最好,各项发芽指标都显著地优于其它两个种源;南京种源次之;贵阳种源较差。(2)昆明种源在三个铝浓度处理下(AlCl3.6H2O:2000mg/L、3500 mg/L、5000 mg/L)种子萌发都受到一定的抑制,在5000 mg/L浓度下胚根长、活力指数分别下降了68.2%和71.1%;(3)3个铝处理浓度促进了南京种源种子的萌发,各处理的发芽率和发芽势都显著地增加,但各处理胚根长和活力指数都出现下降,在5000mg/L铝处理分别下降了54.4%和50.0%;(4)2000mg/L铝处理对贵阳种源种子的发芽是有利的,其胚根长、发芽率、活力指数都显著地高于对照,但在3500mg/L以上发芽率、发芽势都比对照增加,但根长和活力指数显著地下降;(5)三种源胚根质膜相对透性在3500~5000mg/L铝处理下都比对照明显地增加,胚根根尖变黑、褐化,成苗率低,影响了的发芽质量。本研究为耐铝性喜树种源的筛选提供了技术指导。
he effect of aluminum treatment on germination of three provenance seeds of Camptotheca acuminate Decne was studied. The result was that the sequence of seed germinationability of three provenances was Kunming> Guiyang> Nanjing and the seed germination rate was respectivly 96.67%, 58.67% and 29.3%. The sensitivity and tolerance to Al stress of three provenances were different. The seed germinationability of Kunming provenance was restrained under three concentrations of Al treatment (2000mg/L,3500 mg/L,5000 mg/L of AlCl3.6H2O) ,but the germination rate and potential of Nanjing and Guiyang provenance seeds were obviously increased. Although the seed germinationability of Guiyang provenance was obviously promoted at 2000 mg/L,the length of radicel of three provenances respectivly decined 68.2% , 54.5% and 38.9% and the vigor index respectivly decined 71.1%, 50.0% and 22.4% at 5000 mg/L. The relative radicel conductivity of three provenances increased and root tips were blacked and brown under 3500~5000mg/Lof Al treatment .The quality of seed germination was affected.
