人参发根灌注培养研究
Study on perfusion culture of Panax ginseng hairy roots
本文研究了在Triton X-100促分泌条件下，人参发根的灌注培养。确定了最佳的培养基更换周期为15天，最佳更换次数为3次，并考察培养基类型和温度对人参发根皂苷产率的影响，结果表明最佳培养基为White培养基，最佳培养温度为25℃。
Here, perfusion culture of Panax ginseng hairy roots was studied under the secretion promotion by Triton X-100. The results showed that the optimal medium replacing period and the according replacing number of times are 15 days and 3 times respectively. Additionally, the effects of medium type and temperature on ginsenoside yields were investigated, indicating that the White medium was more suitable for ginsenoside production.
