大数据科技情报工具应用实践及对大数据理论的新认识

Beijing Institude of Science and Technology Information independently has developed a set of intelligence tools, which can collect and analyze huge amounts of data. This paper introduces the functions of those tools as well as how to use them by integrating case research method. Based on practical application, it concludes that development plans for Big Data should also pay attention to ethics of sci-tech, besides laws and policies. Another new awareness is to avoid blindly accept Big Data theory from overseas, with the expansion of its application fields.
