转子突加不平衡信号具有较强的奇异性,而奇异信号往往载有重要的故障信号特征,利用小波分析理论在时域和频域上可同时对信号实现局部化处理的“变焦距”性质,分别对突加不平衡故障的加速度和声信号的奇异性的位置及奇异度大小进行了分析,对二者的结果进行了对比,研究了突加不平衡加速度和声信号在小波包变换下的特征。结果表明:声音信号用于旋转机械故障诊断具有其特有的优越性。基于声音信号、振动信号相结合的小波包分解可以很好的识别突加不平衡故障特征并判断故障发生时刻。

he sudden unbalance signal of rotor shows clear singularity which contains great fault characteristics. The alterable focus character of the wavelet analysis theory can process the signal locally in time and frequency at the same time. The acceleration signal and noise signal of the sudden unbalance is analyzed by this method to find the position and degree of its singularity. The characteristics of the acceleration signal and noise signal of the sudden unbalance decomposed by wavelet-packet are compared and studied. The results show that the noise signal has its special advantage in the fault diagnosis of rotating-machines. The wavelet-packet decomposition based on noise signal and acceleration signal can detect the characteristics of the sudden unbalance and the moment when the fault occurred.
