水平振动给料机物料运动规律的数值研究
Numerical Study of the movement of material on horizontal vibratory feeder
本文应用离散元软件PFC2D对水平振动给料机物料运动规律进行数值研究，得到物料颗粒整体及局部的运动规律，并在此基础上对不同的振动参数下振动机的输出功率以及物料的受力大小进行了研究。研究结果表明：采用合适的振动参数可以获得均匀稳定的物料输出，满足特定设备转底炉布料要求。
Using Discrete Element Method (DEM) software PFC2D to study the movement of material on the horizontal vibratory feeder.obtained overall and local movement of the granular materials.and on this basis, the different vibration parameters on the vibration machine output power and material force were studied. The results show that: the use of appropriate vibration parameters can available materials uniform and stable output, to meet specific equipment requirements of rotary hearth furnace Feeding.
