锥齿轮空间放缩机构的理论分析及拓展

为了解决平面直齿轮放缩机构放缩比、放缩空间较小的问题,本文提出了一种新型的锥齿轮空间放缩机构,其拥有折展比大、结构紧凑、杆件数目少、结构稳定等优点。本文从平面直齿轮放缩单元向空间锥齿轮放缩单元的演变出发,依次对空间锥齿轮放缩机构的放缩原理、工作空间以及构型拓展进行了分析,得到了空间锥齿轮放缩机构的基本构型与其他构型,论述了影响此类机构构型与放缩比的主要因素,证明了此类机构拥有较大的放缩比与放缩空间。最后,本文还对此类放缩机构的未来发展方向进行构想和展望,提出了几个未来的发展方向。
