旋毛虫Serpin基因在不同发育时期的mRNA表达水平变化

为研究旋毛虫Serpin基因在不同发育时期的mRNA表达水平变化,本研究应用实时荧光定量PCR技术对不同发育时期的虫体的Serpin在mRNA表达水平进行检测。研究结果表明:在成虫时期,3d时表达量明显高于6h和5d的表达量(p﹤0.05);成囊前期表达量很低,其中18d时表达量最低(p﹤0.05);肌幼虫时期在26d、38d和48d均有大量表达(p﹤0.05)。本研究针对旋毛虫丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂在不同发育时期的表达进行探究,为探究旋毛虫入侵宿主的免疫逃避机制奠定基础。
In order to study the change of mRNA expression level of the Serpin gene in different development stages, the Serpin expression level of mRNA in different development stages was detected by real-time quantitative PCR technology.As the results showed, in the adult stage, the expression of 6h was higher than that of 5d and 3d (P < 0.05); the expression of T.spiralis pre-encysted larva was very low, and the expression of 18d was the lowest (P < 0.05);mus -cle larvae in the 26d, 38d and 48d had a large number of expression (P < 0.05).
