IPTV测量探针中PCR抖动测量设计与实现

近几年来,随着Internet的飞速发展,新业务大量涌现,IPTV(交互式网络电视)与人们的生活越来越密切。PCR(Program Clock Reference)抖动是目前评估IPTV 视频质量的重要性能指标。公司皆推出了测量PCR抖动指标的测量仪器,不仅价格十分昂贵,而且不便于IPTV性能测量的部署和统一管理。本文首先介绍了PCR抖动的概念和对IPTV视频质量评估的意义,并提出了PCR抖动的测量方法,最后将这种测量方法在IPTV测量探针中实现。PCR测量值准确,支持实时取得PCR抖动值,对IPTV视频质量评估具有积极意义。

In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet, IPTV is getting close to people's lives. PCR(Program Clock Reference) is one of the most important assessment of the IPTV video quality performance. Although many companies have introduced a measurement instrument for PCR jitter , not only they are expensive but also are not easy to distributed deployment and unified management. This paper will talk about what PCR jitter is and how to build distributed system in order to measure PCR jitter parameters. The system measurement results are accurate and easy to expand.Besides, it support for real-time rendering PCR jitter results for IPTV video stream, which plays an important role in the assessment of the IPTV video quality performance.
