微藻类细胞初期黏附实验研究进展
Review on Experiment Method to Investigate the Microalgal Adhesion onto Substratum Surfaces
微藻生物质是一种最有可能取代石油的生物资源。然而,微藻细胞作为典型的微生物,其易于黏附壁面生长进而形成生物膜,这不仅限制了微藻细胞的培养和收获效率,还阻碍了微藻物质能相关技术的规模化应用和推广。本文综述了近年来微藻细胞与载体材料表面的黏附现象的相关实验研究,主要包括:微藻类细胞、载体材料表面的相关基本性质(包括表面能、表面电位、细胞形貌、材料形貌等)及其检测方法;实验中常用的生物膜形成和观测方法,以及不同基本性质对生物膜形成的影响规律。
Biofuels from microalgae are one of the most promising renewable alternatives to fossil fuels. However, the microalgae cells are capable of forming biofims on the solid surfaces. And Its wall growth directly influences the efficiency of microalgal culture and harvest and the design of more effective photobioreactor for large scale microalgal cultivation. In this paper, we reviewed the experiment investigations on the microalgal adhesion to different substratum surfaces, including the method to measure the properties of microalgae cells and substratum surfaces, i.e., zeta potential, surface free energy and so on, the laboratory facilities to observe and determine the microalga adhesion phenomena, and the influences of different factors (the zeta potential, surface free energy, roughness) on the formation of microalgal adhesion.
