水泥熟料的强度是实际生产的重要指标之一,而熟料矿物组成与强度紧密联系。本文采用Origin软件的数据分析功能,建立水泥熟料28d强度与熟料矿物组成C3S、C2S、C3A、C4AF、f-CaO和SSB的回归模型,并对水泥熟料强度进行预测,以期为实际生产中该类水泥质量的评定提供参考依据。

he strength of cement clinker is an important indicator of the actual production, while the composition relates the strength of clinker closely. In this paper, data analysis software Origin was used to build the relationship between 28d strength and mineral composition of clinker such as C3S, C2S, C3A, C4AF, f-CaO and SSB by a regression model and quadratic regression model.In all,the model was used to predict the strength of cement clinker in order to provide reference for the quality of the actual production of cement.
