微波辅助水蒸汽加热法合成片层二硫化钼
Synthesis of molybdenum disulfide by microwave-assisted steam heating
本文采用廉价的钼酸钠,硫脲和去离子水作为起始原料,放置于自制的反应器中。利用家用微波炉,加热溶液使得液态水挥发成水蒸汽。在微波作用下,水蒸汽产生远高于液态水的高温,从而5分钟快速合成片层的二硫化钼。利用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、扫描电镜、透射电镜、原子力显微镜和比表面积分析等物理表征手段对形貌结构进行了表征分析。由于是水蒸气加热,合成的二硫化钼不会由于液态水的存在而出现团聚,只会形成片成堆叠的二维结构。
In this paper, inexpensive sodium molybdate, thiourea and deionized water are used as raw materials and placed in the designed reactor. Using a domestic microwave oven, the solution is heated to volatilize the liquid water into water vapor. Under the action of microwave, the water vapor generates a temperature much higher than that of the liquid water, so that the sheet of molybdenum disulfide is rapidly synthesized in 5 minutes. The morphological structures were characterized by XRD, Raman spectra, SEM, TEM, AMF and nitrogen adsorption-desorption experiments. Due to the steam heating, the synthesized molybdenum disulfide does not agglomerate due to the presence of liquid water, and only forms a two-dimensional structure in which the sheets are stacked.
