针对互动教学设计不尽如人意的现状,通过具体的事例举证,提出课堂教学设计的方法和技巧。无论是知识还是技能,在是什么、为什么、怎么做三种类型的问题上,都充分尊重学员主体地位,让他自己动脑筋去发现、去思索、去获得答案。教学设计中应灵活运用各种教学方法手段,让学员真正动起来。还要采取各种技巧,使课堂有张有弛、亦庄亦谐、抑扬相生、断续相连,从而让学员心随我动,获得高效互动课堂。

s the deficiency in interactive teaching, we put forward instructional design methods and skills by the means of specific examples. Whenever teaching knowledge and technical ability, we fully respect the dominant position of students, focusing on three types of questions: what, why and how. We balance various flexible kinds of teaching skills so that let students open mind, ponder, discover and therefore acquire. A good interactive teaching design should be very efficient and contains both loose and tight, seriousness and humor, suppression and vivacity.
