不确定情况下装配制造过程的物料多目标决策

n Inventory Research Based on Fuzzy Lead-time for A Multipart Assembly System

在装配生产过程中有许多组件或零部件需要采购或外协加工,由于其提前期的不确定性,因此合理确定各个组件(零部件)的再定购点和产品生产批量成为生产控制的主要问题。而提前期、再定购点和生产批量等之间的变化是供应链上下游库存协同的主要影响因素。本文探讨模糊提前期下装配生产过程中组件(零部件)的再定购点和产品生产批量问题,导出了多模糊参数多目标的(Q,ri)库存模型。在介绍模糊理论的基础上,运用模糊区间数和交互模糊多目标决策方法,对所得到的库存模型的优化求解进行了研究。

he decision regarding how much and when to order and assemble are main problem for a assembly system, where a number of parts are acquired to produce a single product and the part procurement lead times are vague. The lead time, reorder and lot size are critical factors effecting the collaboration between the successive echelons in supply chain. In this paper, we consider reorder of some parts and lot size with fuzzy lead time for a assembly production , and derive an multi-objective inventory model with fuzzy parameters. We briefly introduce fuzzy theory and propose an interactive fuzzy multi-objective decision-making method for solving the model to give a Pareto optimal solution.
