本文通过我公司承制的ZY5000C型支架掩护式液压支架制造全过程实践,结合目前国内外多样化,强力化,自动化,标准化的系列液压支架开发制造工艺及关键技术,针对我公司生产中出现的实际问题及实现质量控制目标,分析研究液压支架原材料预处理、下料、低合金结构钢的焊接技术及焊接质量控制措施等过程对产品的品质影响,结合实际生产制造,提出适应环境条件的焊接方法、焊接工艺、焊接参数、及控制变形措施等,并给出参考数据,形成通用作业技术文件指导焊接生产,为批量化生产提供技术保障。

hrough this paper, our company contracted to produce the type of ZY5000C bracket cover the whole process of hydraulic support manufacturing practice. Combined with the current domestic and international diversification, powerful, automated and standardized series of hydraulic support development of manufacturing technology and the key technology for the production of this company's problems appears from practical and achieve the quality control objectives. Analysis of hydraulic support pretreatment of raw materials, cutting, low-alloy structural steel welding technology and welding processes such as quality control measures impact on the quality of products, combined with the actual manufacturing, proposed adapt to environmental conditions of welding method, welding technology, welding parameters, and control the deformation measures and so on, and giving the reference data, the formation of common operations technical documents guiding welding production to provide technical support for mass production.
