Effects of B2O3 Addition on the Sintering Behavior and the Electrical Properties of Yttrium-Doped Barium Zirconate
本文研究了氧化硼(B2O3)的加入对BaY0.1Zr0.9O2.95质子导体烧结性能及电性能的影响。研究表明,加入适量的B2O3(0.75wt%)可以使BZY10的烧结温度降低到1500℃,保温时间缩短到6 h,与未掺入B2O3的BZY10相比,该体系的电性能没有明显降低。过量B2O3(>0.75 wt%)加入将使其以第二相形式存在于烧结体中,并降低体系的烧结性能和电性能。
he effects of B2O3 addition on the sintering behavior and the electrical properties of BaY0.1Zr0.9O2.95 (BZY10) are investigated. The sintering behavior and the DC electrical conductivity of BZY10 sample with 0.75 wt% B2O3 sintered at 1500℃ for 6 h are as good as those of undoped BZY10. The overdoped B2O3 (> 0.75 wt%) sample remain in the samples and form a secondary phase that have a positive effect on the sintering behavior and a negative effect on the DC electrical conductivity of BZY10.
