星载平面天线可展开支撑桁架机构设计与运动分析

星载平面天线广泛应用于空间对地观测。随着观测分辨率要求的提高,作为保证星载平面天线刚度和传递展开动力的核心部件,可展开支撑桁架机构向着高刚度、大面积和展开运动简单的方向发展。针对这一要求,提出两种单翼可支撑4块天线面板的可展开支撑桁架机构方案,并对所选方案进行详细设计;设计两种联动机构,对其进行设计参数优化,实现少输入驱动展开;对可展开支撑桁架机构进行了运动仿真分析,结果表明该机构在两个驱动源的作用下,展开运动平稳。
Satellite planar antenna has been widely applied to observe earth. Deployable support structures are key components of satellite planar antenna for supporting and spreading antenna. With the improvement of observation resolution requirements, it is necessary to design deployable support structures with high-rigidity, large-scale and simple-motion. For the purposes, this paper presents two kinds deployable truss structures with single wing which can support four antenna panels, and proposes two kinds of synchronizing mechanisms which are optimized parametrically to reduce the number of power sources. Kinematics simulation is performed for the deployable support truss structures, and the results indicate that the deploying movement is smooth with two driving sources.
