社会保障覆盖率对湖南省农村居民消费影响研究

Hunan has a large agricultural population, and rural economic and social development plays a vital role in the overall economic and social development of Hunan Province. Social security has the functions of "social stabilizer" and "safety net". It can directly increase the income level of rural residents through transfer payments, and can also reduce the rural residents' worries about future life and increase the willingness of rural residents to consume. The purpose of consumption. Therefore, a sound rural social security system can not only improve the living standards of farmers, promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy and society, but also has important strategic significance for accelerating the construction of a socialist harmonious society in Hunan Province. Based on the cross-sectional data of cities and towns in Hunan Province in 2017 and 2013, this paper studies the impact on rural residents' consumption from the perspective of social security coverage. The study found that when the level of social security coverage is compatible with the overall economic and social level, it can promote the growth of household consumption, otherwise it will have a restraining effect. On the basis of the analysis, it puts forward certain policy recommendations, proposes to improve the coverage of social security, improve the social security system, increase the transfer payment, etc., and stimulate rural residents\' consumption from various aspects.
