牙髓再生治疗术研究新进展

传统的牙髓疾病治疗方法为根管治疗术,通过清除根管内感染组织、充填封闭根管系统来维持牙齿咀嚼功能。但术后易导致牙体硬组织发生折裂,同时根充材料也容易引起宿主免疫排斥反应。随着组织工程学和细胞生物学的发展,新型牙髓再生术逐渐成为牙髓疾病的潜在治疗方案。该技术综合运用干细胞、生物活性因子和生物支架材料再生富含血管、神经的具有牙髓活力和牙本质分泌功能的牙髓组织。本文将对牙髓再生术的发生、发展、现有技术和研究展望进行综述。

Root canal treatment(RCT), as a conventional treatment method of pulpal inflammatory diseases, through infected tissue removal, root canal obturation, is used to maintain the teeth masticatory function. However, tooth fracture combined with host immune reactions occurs after RCT. With the rapid development of tissue engineering and cell biology, endodontic regeneration becomes the promising new strategy for treatments of pulpal diseases. Endodontic regeneration makes use of stem cells, biological growth factors and scaffolds to form a live tooth with vital pulpal tissue consisting of vascular system and nerves, together with the function of dentin formation. Therefore, this review focuses on the development of endodontic regeneration, current breakthrough and challenges in future researches.
