岩土材料微结构图像预处理方法

Method to Preprocess Images of Geomaterial’s Microstructure

为获取清晰的岩土材料微结构图片,运用小波变换的多分辨率技术提取并重组同组图像序列中的清晰部分,进而得到了完整的清晰图像;为完整提取岩土材料微结构特征参数,对比分析了三种常用阈值分割方法对岩土材料微结构图像的适用性。研究结果表明:利用小波变换的多分辨率技术重组岩土材料微结构图片,能够有效增大图像信噪比和减小灰度方差,优化了微细结构数字图像的质量;平均灰度法和最大方差自动取阈法处理岩土材料微结构图像,能够有效分割图像和保证特征参数提取的完整性。

In order to acquire clear images of geomaterial’s microstructure, clear parts of the same image array are extracted and recombined by use of wavelet multi-resolution technology, thus complete and clear images are acquired; In order to extract completely characteristic parameters of geomaterial’s microstructure, it is done a comparative analysis whether three kind of frequently-used threshold image segmentation are applicable to process images of geomaterial microstructure. The study’s findings indicate: recombining images of geomaterial’s microstructure by use of wavelet multi-resolution technology can improve image signal-to-noise ratio, let up gray scale variance and optimize images of geomaterial’s microstructure; if image segmentation of average gray scale and threshold automatically extracted according to the maximum deviation are used to transform gray image of geomaterial’s microstructure, images can be segmented with high quality and characteristic parameters of geomaterial’s microstructure can be extracted perfectly.
