黑木耳多糖缓释片的研究

BSTRACT：OBJECTIVE To prepare auricularia polysaccharide sustained release tablet and determine the best formulation .METHODS After the single factor like its excipient, adhesive, lubricant was checked, the optimal formulation of sustained-release tablets of auricularia polysaccharide, were obtained by employing orthogonal design ,the assay of in vitro release was valued by UV spectrophotometry with auricularia polysaccharide as evaluating indicator. RESULTS The preparation of sustained-release tablets which have ideal sustained release effect owning obvious zero-order release characters within 12 hours,but the tablet was effected by high humidity and should be sealed. CONCLUSION The preparation procedure of self-prepared SRT is feasible and repeatable.The tablets have obviously sustained property.
