为探究表面活性剂对乳化液膜稳定性的影响,采用正辛胺流动载体和非离子型表面活性剂,构建了乳化液膜体系。运用离心法,考察了不同表面活性剂类型和浓度、萃取条件和乳化时间等实验因素,对乳化液膜稳定性的影响。对于乳化液膜,有机膜相的稳定性决定了体系的溶胀和破裂程度。优化表面活性剂的基团特征和水解程度,可以增强油膜强度从而提高整个体系的稳定性。乳化液膜稳定性的探讨,可为推动乳化液膜分离技术进步,提供理论基础和技术支撑。

In this paper, the stability of emulsion liquid membrance with surfactanthas been studied. The emulsion liquid membrance was constructed using the N-octylaminemobilecarrier and nonionic surfactant. Different experiment conditionsfor stability of the emulsion liquid membrance with centrifugationwere studied such as different surfactant type and concentration, extraction conditions and emulsification time. The stability of the organic phase determined the degree of swelling and rupture of the emulsion liquid membrancesystem.Optimize the group characteristics and hydrolysis degreeof surfactantcan enhance the oil film strength so as to improve the stability of the system. Studying the stability of emulsion liquid membrancewas capable of providing academic and technical foundations to realize practical separation application.
