直流配电网单极接地故障双端定位法

本文基于时域希尔伯特变换方法,提出了一种直流配电网单极接地故障定位的方法。该方法利用过渡电阻为纯阻性,故障点电压与注入过渡电阻的电流应具有时刻相等的相位的特点确定故障位置。为求取过渡电阻上电压、电流的瞬时相位,本文采用基于时域希尔伯特变换的正弦表示方法处理故障线路两端测得的同步采样数据。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台上搭建两端型直流配电网仿真模型,并用MATLAB软件编写测距算法程序,结果显示了该方法可实现直流配电网直流线路全线范围内的准确定位,且所需采样数据窗短,测距结果平稳,测距精度不受过渡电阻和故障位置的影响。

In this paper, a method to locate single-pole-to-ground fault in DC distribution network based on time domain Hilbert transform is proposed. It uses the characteristic that the transition resistance is pure resistance so that the instantaneous phase of mode current through the fault point is equal to that of the mode voltage to determine the fault position. In order to obtain the instantaneous phase of the fault voltage and current, this paper introduces sinusoidal representation of transient signal based on time domain Hilbert transform to deal with the data measured in each terminal. A two-terminal DC distribution network model is built based on PSCAD/EMTDC platform and the fault location algorithm is wrote through MATLAB software. The result shows that this method can accurately find the fault point within the whole DC line of DC distribution network, which needs short sampling window and has stable location results, and the ranging accuracy is not affected by transition resistance and fault location.
