本文采用综合加上优化的方法，应用CAD软件，建立电路模型，得到所需的耦合系数和有载品质因数，再将电路模型与腔体结构结合起来，建立起腔体模型，通过优化，得到了较好的结果。
his paper introduces a method with optimization and synthesis, applying CAD software, builds circuit model, getting needed coupling coefficient and loaded quality factor, then combines circuit model and cavity configuration, builds cavity model, through optimization, gets better result.
