he realization of all-optical switch in low-photon-number regime is a meaningful goal in quantum optics. We proposed a scheme based on quantum dot-bimodal cavity coupling system. The optical switch effect is theoretically demonstrated when applying two modal coherent driving lasers in a bimodal cavity containing single quantum dot. One mode laser controls the resonator transmission of the other mode laser with high on-off ratio. Our work may enable various applications of all-optical calculation, optical computer or quantum information processing.
