Literature review and future directions of customer involvement in new product development
在新产品开发过程中,客户参与的作用日益受到重视。为了更好地理解客户参与,本文从客户参与的驱动因素和对绩效的影响等方面对客户参与的研究现状进行了评述。研究发现两个问题还需要进一步研究:如何提高客户参与的水平以及客户参与和新产品开发绩效之间的关系。本研究可以为我国的客户参与研究提供理论依据和启示。
In the process of new product development, the role of customer involvement in increasingly valued. In order to better understand customer involvement, this study reviews customer involvement from its antecedents and performance outcomes. There are two questions should be further studied: how to improve the level of customer involvement; the relationship between customer involvement and new product development performance. This study provides significant insights to the customer involvement in China.
