Bioaccumulation of Cr(III) in S pirulina platensis and its effection on the cultivation of S pirulina platensis
本文研究了钝顶螺旋藻对Cr(III)的吸收和生物转化,用ICP-MS-HPLC分析了无机Cr(III) 经螺旋藻吸收后的存在价态;以及Cr(III)对钝顶螺旋藻的生长影响.结果表明,钝顶螺旋藻对Cr(III)具有良好的富集和生物转化能力,在本实验中总铬富集量可达到173.17mg/g,有机化程度也高达96.99%.通过ICP-MS-HPLC分析表明没有有毒的Cr(VI)的存在.此外,由干重结果显示低浓度的Cr(III) (< 234.38ppm)促进螺旋藻的生长,高浓度(>234.38ppm)则抑制,并导致螺旋藻形态异常.在一定范围内螺旋藻能高效富集Cr(III),能作为安全营养的保健食品,螺旋藻抗高Cr(III)压,吸附高浓度Cr(III)的能力使其用于环境中Cr(III)污染的去除.
In this paper we investigated the bioaccumulation and biotransformation of Cr(III) in S pirulina platensis with ICP-MS-HPLC, as well as the effection of Cr(III) on the growth of S pirulina platensis. Chromium was accumulated efficiently in S. platensis during cultivation with chromium concentration increasing in the medium, the yield of 173.17 mg/g total Cr was achieved in the test. The organic chromium accounted for 96.04% of the total accumulated chromium. The results of dry weight and morphology of sprirulian platensis indicated that chromium concentrations below 234.38mg/l were found to stimulate the algae growth, however, above 234.38 mg/1, chromium did harm to this algae growth. It was testified that the S pirulina platensis could be used as a safety and nutritional food carrier for the supplement of Cr(III),without the yield of Cr(VI) in adapted concentration,and may be used to deal with the contamination of environment.
