本文设计了一种基于上位机与下位机PLC相结合的分布式测控系统,将该系统运用到桥梁健康监测是本文一大特点。可编程控制器(PLC)以其故障率低、功能强大、结构紧凑和良好的适应性等优点在工业控制领域中应用得越来越广泛。本系统中,PLC作为底层控制单元,可以有效率执行分散控制,而上位机PC能提供友好的人机对话界面和强大的数据处理功能。将二者优势互补,组成高性价比的监测系统,是本文研究的重点。

his paper designs a distributed measurement and control system based on the combination of PC and lower monitor PLC,Apply the system to bridge health monitoring is a feature in this paper.With its low failure rate, powerful, compact structure and good adaptability,Programmable controller (PLC) is widely used in industrial control applications.In this system,as understratum control unit,PLC can execute distributed control efficiently,and decentralized control PC can provide friendly human-machine conversation interface and powerful data processing functions.Achieving their complementary strengths,and composing cost-effective monitoring system,is the key point of this paper.
