我国企业环境责任的提升路径
Upgrade path to corporate environmental responsibility in our country
在全球环境日益恶化的背景下，新《环境保护法》于2015年1月1日开始实施，新《环境保护法》加强了信息公开环节，旨在强化企业的环境责任。本文通过对我国企业履行环境责任的情况调查，对企业履行环境责任的自愿性进行分析，进而提出了强化企业环境责任的政策建议。
In the context of the global environment worsening, the new environmental protection law was implemented in January 1, 2015, the new environmental protection law to strengthen the information disclosure, aimed at strengthening the environmental responsibility of enterprises. In this paper, through the investigation of the environmental responsibility of enterprises in our country, this paper analyzes the voluntary environmental responsibility of enterprises, and puts forward the policy recommendations to strengthen the environmental responsibility of enterprises.
