he electron-cloud-conductor model is discussed. The shape and direction factor is studied. The process of energy exchange due to electromagnetic induction between electron cloud and light is analyzed. Several phenomena of interactions between light and electron are explained with the electron-cloud-conductor model. It is concluded that there exist interaction of electromagnetic induction between light and electron and that one of the causes for energy exchange between light and electron is electromagnetic induction between them.
