三阴性与非三阴性乳腺癌中P53基因相关性研究
Study on the relation of P53 gene in triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer
目的 研究三阴性乳腺癌与非三阴性乳腺癌组织中P53基因表达，明确P53基因在两者组织中表达的相关性。方法 选取215例乳腺癌手术标本，其中三阴性乳腺癌113例，非三阴性乳腺癌102例，采用SP免疫组化法检测P53基因在三阴性和非三阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达。结果 在三阴性乳腺癌中,P53蛋白表达55例(48.7%,55/113)，在非三阴性乳腺癌中P53蛋白阳性表达34例(33.3%,34/102)，两组差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 P53基因在三阴性和非三阴性乳腺癌的表达存在一定区别，P53基因表达是衡量乳腺癌患者预后情况的一项重要指标。
Objective To detect the expression of P53 gene in triple-negative breast cancer and non-triple-negative breast cancer to make sure the relationship between the triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer. Methods The total cases is 215, including 113 cases of triple-negative breast cancer and 102 non-triple-negative breast cancer patients. The P53 genes were detected in triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer by the method of IHC. Results Positive rate of P53 protein expression in triple-negative breast cancer is 48.7%(55/113) , and the number in non-triple-negative breast cancer is 33.3%(34/102). There was a difference between the groups, P<0.05. Conclusion Expression of P53 have a great difference between the triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer. The P53 gene may have a great relationship with the prognosis of breast cancer patients.
