财政支出对经济增长的效应研究
n Positive Analysis about the Effect of Fiscal Expenditure on Economic Growth
本文以浙江省1978到2006年时间序列数据为例，运用协整理论考察了财政支出的规模和结构对经济增长的影响情况。分析结果显示浙江省的财政支出规模较低；结构方面，基本建设支出和科技三项费用与GDP呈现负相关；企业挖潜改造资金、支农支出、文教科卫事业费、行政管理费则与GDP呈现正相关，同时对于造成相关性不同的原因笔者给予了合理的解释。
In the paper, co-integration theories will be used to analysis the effect of fiscal expenditure on economic growth. The analysis will be based on the time series from 1978 to 2006 of Zhejiang province. Our theoretical and empirical models give the following conclusions: the total fiscal expenditure in Zhejiang province is in a low level; the expenditure of capital construction as well as science and technology promotion funds correlate negatively to economic growth; the expenditure of enterprises\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
