穴位贴敷配合艾灸治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后便秘的临床研究

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint application therapy combined with moxibustion on postoperative constipation in patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods: 100 patients with constipation of thoracolumbar compression fracture in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into 50 cases each. The control group was given routine guidance and other nursing measures, and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with moxibustion treatment combined with related nursing measures. The scores of constipation related symptoms, clinical efficacy and anxiety status of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of constipation related symptoms of thoracolumbar compressibility fractures in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after treatment. The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The results of patient anxiety self-rating scale showed that the psychological state of the experimental group was more stable, and the above results were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of postoperative abdominal distension, constipation and other symptoms of thoracolumbar compression fracture by acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion is safe, effective, convenient and worthy of clinical application.
