厌氧氨氧化细菌主要属于浮霉状菌目( Planctomycetales),具有厌氧氨氧化能力,可以亚硝酸盐作为电子受体将氨氮氧化为氮气,从而达到自养脱氮的目的。亚硝酸盐是厌氧氨氧化的底物,但亚硝酸盐同时也是厌氧氨氧化的抑制剂,因此亚硝酸盐浓度直接影响厌氧氨氧化工艺脱氮性能,此外pH、温度与盐度等因素也会影响厌氧氨氧化菌活性。厌氧氨氧化工艺的启动时间较长,运行调控较困难,在此方面需要深入研究。

he anaerobic ammonia oxidation (Anammox) bacteria belong to Planctomycetales. These bacteria could oxidize ammonium under anaerobic condition. Nitrite was the substrate of the Anammox bacteria, it also is an inhibitor of the Anammox bacteria. In addition, the pH, temperature and salinity also have some effects on the performance of Anammox process. The start-up time of Anammox process is long and the operation is difficult, therefore, more researches is needed in the future to overcome this problem.
