马铃薯帚顶病毒研究进展

Potato mop-top virus (PMTV), a typical member of the genus Pomovirus occurs in many potato growing regions with cooler climates and causes potato spraing and a wide range of foliage symptoms including stunting, mottling, chevrons, and yellow blotches or rings. The symptomatic tubers are rendered unmarketable, leading to great economic losses. Researches on PMTV distribution and transmission， molecular character, symptoms，pathogenic mechanism and detection methods were summarized in this article. Researches that should be studied thoroughly were previewed.
