装配式建筑技术发展趋势研究
Research on the Development Trend of Prefabricated Technology
随着新型建筑工业化的推进,装配式建筑逐渐受到关注和推广。但由于我国以前以传统混凝土浇筑为主,在装配式建筑领域发展时间较短,速度较慢,因此亟需对装配式建筑的发展情况有一个清晰的认识,以辅助决策,占领未来装配式建筑和新型建筑工业化的制高点。本研究尝试通过对我国装配式混凝土结构建筑技术相关的专利数据进行统计,运用文本挖掘技术对专利摘要进行提取特征词和主题演进分析,从而分析我国过去装配式建筑各类别技术的发展变化情况。以此为基础,找出我国当前的核心技术和技术难点,并推测我国装配式建筑未来的发展方向和趋势。本文的主要工作和成果有:一是得到了专利技术生命周期和IPC类别分布图;二是对专利摘要进行主题词提取,以找到我国装配式建筑的技术研究热点;三是对两个研究热点技术进行技术相似度对比,发现我国在预制构件的连接和安装集成方面是技术难点。
With the advance of new building industrialization, prefabricated buildings are gradually concerned and promoted. However, since China used to focus on traditional concrete pouring, and its development in the field of prefabricated buildings was relatively short and slow, it is urgent to have a clear understanding of the development of prefabricated buildings to assist decision-making and occupy the commanding heights of future prefabricated buildings and new building industrialization. This research attempts to analyze the development and changes of various types of technologies of prefabricated buildings in China in the past by using text mining technology to extract feature words and topic evolution analysis of patent abstracts through statistics of patent data related to prefabricated concrete structure construction technology in China. On this basis, we find out the current core technology and technical difficulties in China, and speculate on the future development direction and trend of prefabricated buildings in China. The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows: First, the life cycle of patented technology and the distribution map of IPC categories are obtained; The second is to extract the subject words of the patent abstract to find the technical research focus of prefabricated buildings in China; The third is to compare the technical similarity of the two research hot technologies, and find that the connection and installation integration of prefabricated components are technical difficulties in China.
