柔性桨强化搅拌槽中高黏度流体层流混合的研究

Study on laminar mixing enhanced by flexible impeller in high-viscosity fluid stirred tank

本实验结合酸-碱可视化技术和Matlab软件,分别计算出流体的混合时间数(无因次混合时间)Ntm和流体混合隔离区的面积覆盖率,对比分析传统桨与柔性桨的混合性能的差异。结果表明,在 Ntm =10800时,传统桨形成的混合隔离区的面积覆盖率在40%~50%之间,几h之后( Ntm =25000)仍稳定地存在;而柔性桨所形成的混合隔离区在 Ntm =18000时,混合隔离区在1%左右,且 Ntm =25000时,混合隔离区完全消失了;相对于传统桨,柔性桨使流体的混合时间降低了28%左右。

ombined with acid-alkali visualization technology and Matlab software, mixing time number (dimensionless mixing time) Ntm and area coverage of IMRs of fluid has been calculated in this paper. The differences of mixing performance between traditional impeller and flexible impeller has been analyzed also. The results showed that the area coverage of IMRs of traditional impeller was in the range of 40% to 50% at Ntm 10800, which was very stable even after several hours (Ntm = 25000) continous mixing. At Ntm 10800, the area coverage of IMRs of flexible impellers was about 1%, and it was completely disappeared at Ntm 25000. Compared with the traditional impeller, mixing time of the flexible impeller was shortened about 28%.
