Preaching and teaching: differences and similarities in interactive behavior of members under the knowledge video of Bilibili: Research based on social network analysis

[目的/意义] B站已经成为Z+世代常用的视频学习平台,知识类UP主创作视频重视趣味性、学习引导、知识含量等方面。探究B站学习引导和知识传授类视频下,社群成员互动行为异同,能够比较视频学习效果。[方法/过程] 以B站知识区UP主"罗翔说刑法"学习引导类和知识传授类两个代表性热播视频为研究对象,编写爬虫获取评论区互动关系,通过社会网络分析方法,实证分析对比两个社会网络特征。[结果/结论] 两个互动网络均具备小世界性质和无标度特征,密度低但模块化程度高,成员节点间存在广泛互惠性。社群意见领袖行为和分布规律存在差异,知识传授类视频社群意见领袖作用更突出,三元关系更突出,成员间更易达成共识。

[Purpose/Significance] Bilibili has become a common video learning platform for the Z+ generation, and the knowledge uploaders create short videos that emphasize interest, learning guidance and knowledge contentand other aspects.Explore the similarities and differences of community members\' interactive behaviors under the video of "Learning Guide" and "Knowledge Teaching" inBilibili, and compare the video learning effects.[Method/Process] Taking the two representative videos of "Luo Xiang Said Criminal Law", "Learning Guide" and "Knowledge Teaching" as the research object, wrote a python spider to obtain the interactive relationship of the comment area, and use the social network analysis method to empirically analyze and compare the characteristics of the two social networks.[Result/Conclusion] The two interactive networks are small world and scale-free, with low density but high modularity, and extensive reciprocity among member nodes. There are differences in the behavior and distribution rules of community opinion leaders. The role of community opinion leaders in"Knowledge Teaching" videos is more prominent, the ternary relationship is more prominent, and it is easier to reach consensus among members.
