非生物胁迫对大豆黄酮合成影响的研究

研究大豆黄酮在非生物胁迫中的积累情况,对阐明植株抗性与发育等方面具有重要意义。以NaCl、PEG6000和紫外线处理大豆V1期幼苗,研究在不同强度的非生物胁迫条件下大豆黄酮合成酶基因表达与黄酮积累情况。结果表明,在正常生长条件下,大豆黄酮合成酶基因表达和黄酮积累的本底水平很低;在非生物胁迫的情况下,黄酮水平显著提高,显示大豆黄酮与植物对非生物胁迫的抗性密切相关。
It is important to identify plant resistance and development that soybean flavone is induced under abiotic stress. The soybean flavone synthase gene expression and accumulation were defined under different level and time treated V1 stage plants with NaCl, PEG6000 and ultraviolet rays. The results showed that soybean flavone basic levels of expression and accumulation were very low, and significant high under abiotic stress, which suggested that soybean flavone is closely associated with resistance to abiotic factors.
