硅单体熔融接枝改性SBS的研究

Study on Melt Grafting Modification of SBS

本文通过正交实验法研究了乙烯基硅单体对苯乙烯—丁二烯—苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)的熔融接枝反应。用萃取法测定其接枝率,考察了几种反应条件(单体用量、反应时间、反应温度和引发剂用量)及不同反应单体对接枝率的影响。试验结果表明,JH-V171接枝SBS的最佳反应条件为:单体5g;反应时间12min;反应温度155℃;引发剂BPO用量为0.15g。硅单体JH-V171反应的接枝率最佳,其次为JH-V151,JH-V172。

he paper studies melt grafting reaction of SBS (styrene - butadiene-styrene three block copolymers) by silicon monomers by orthogonal experimental. Grafting rate was determined with the extraction method, and the influences of the different response conditions (amount of monomer, reaction time, reaction temperature and amount of initiator) and the different grafting monomer on grafting rate were investigated. The best condition of JH-V171 grafting SBS: amount of monomer: 5g; reaction time: 15min; reaction temperature: 155℃; and amount of initiator: 015g. The best grafting monomer was JH-V171, the second is JH-V151 and the third is JH-V172.
