林木胁迫相关miRNA研究进展
dvances in the Research of Trees miRNA Responsive to Stress
miRNA是植物中广泛存在的一类长度为21-24 nt非编码的小分子RNA,在植物生长、发育及应对逆境胁迫的调控中发挥着重要作用。在林木中,关于逆境胁迫相关miRNA 鉴定和功能分析的研究近年来开展了一定的工作,鉴定了一批逆境相关的miRNA,表明其在抗逆调控中的广泛性和特异性。本文就目前林木胁迫相关miRNA研究的进展作一综述,并对林木miRNA的相关研究进行了展望,为未来开展miRNA在林木抗逆分子机理的研究和抗性分子育种的应用提供思考和借鉴。
MiRNA is a type of 21-24 nt small non-coding RNA with wide distribution in plant species and key regulatory roles in plant growth, development and stress responses. In recent years, some progresses have been made in the identification and functional analysis of miRNA in forest trees under biotic and abiotic stresses. A set of stress-related miRNAs have been identified and the results shows there are conservation and specificity among different miRNAs in stress responses. This paper reviews the progress of stress-related miRNA in trees. The prospect in identifying trees miRNAs and functional elucidation in stress defense is analyzed in order to provide insights to the molecular mechanism and molecular breeding in stress resistance.
