风力发电储能系统混合发电孤网运行控制

Operation Control of an Islanded Power System with Wind Power Generation and Battery Energy Storage System

储能设备接入风电孤网发电系统中,可以提高孤网系统运行的稳定性,抑制风电的波动性。本文分析了风力发电储能系统混合发电孤网运行特性,建立了钠硫电池的修改模型,研究了双馈风机的定子磁链定向有功功率无功功率解耦矢量控制,提出了钠硫电池储能系统功率调节器的控制策略,建立了基于PSCAD/EMTDC的风力发电储能系统混合发电孤网仿真模型。仿真结果表明,储能系统通过电压直接控制和频率间接控制,使PCC点电压和频率保持稳定,从而提高整个孤网系统的稳定性。

battery energy storage system ( BESS ) are required for stability maintenance in isolated power system . The influence of the wind fluctuations on the wind turbine generator system stability can be suppressed by inserting storage device into wind power isolated generation system. In this paper, the operation control of an islanded power system with wind power generation and battery energy storage system is researched deeply. The feature of NaS battery is investigated, the power decoupling control strategy based on static flux orientation of DFIG are studied. The control method for the power converter of battery energy storage system is also introduced. an islanded power system with wind power generation and battery energy storage system is modeled based on PSCAD/EMTDC to prove the control theory, the simulation results prove that the wind power isolated generation system with energy storage system can improve the voltage and frequency stability of isolated power system.
