与电网电压同步的单位正余弦波发生电路研究

介绍了锁相环基本原理,并在其基本原理基础上构造了与电网电压同步的正弦波发生电路结构框图。设计出各部分实现电路,最终产生与A相电网电压同频同相的正弦波。引入一种新型移相电路,该移相电路主要克服了一般的RC移相电路移相后信号衰减大,且信号严重畸变的缺点,把产生的正弦波超前移相90 来得到同步的余弦波。最终对产生的正余弦波进行调理得到与A相电网电压同步的单位正余弦波,在ip-iq谐波检测以及其他一些谐波检测方法的硬件和软件实现中都可直接使用,可提高谐波检测的实时性。

his paper first introduces the basic principle of phase lock loop, Then a structure diagram of sine wave generation circuit Synchronous with grid is constructed based on this principles. Each part of the circuit is designed,ultimately the sine wave Synchronous with A-phase voltage is produced. The author introduces a new phase-shift circuit mainly to overcome the shortcomings of the signal attenuation and serious distortion of the signal after the phase-shift of general RC phase shift circuit. The cosine wave is produced by advanced phase shift 90 of the generated sine wave. Ultimately by conditioning the generated sine and cosine waves, unit sine and cosine waves Synchronous with A-phase voltage can be obtained. This can be used directly in the ip-iq harmonic detection and other hardware and software implementations of harmonic detection methods, besides this, it can improve the real-time of harmonic detection.
