四氧化三铁八面体纳米晶体的制备及其吸波性能研究
Synthesis and Microwave absorption properties of magnetite octahedral nanocrystallines
本文通过溶剂热的方法合成出来了尺寸在100-500 nm的八面体结构四氧化三铁纳米晶体,并用于电磁波吸收性能研究。样品的结构通过X射线衍射(XRD)表征,其微观形貌通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察,并对其磁学性能进行了表征。吸波测试表明,含有体积分数40 vol%的四氧化三铁粉体环氧树脂复合材料具有良好的吸波性能(反射损耗在-20 dB以下)。吸波厚度为3.5-6.8 mm,吸波频率范围达到2.0-4.3 GHz。
Monodispersed octahedral magnetite nanocrystallines with crystalline size of 100?500 nm were synthesized by a facile solvent-thermal method for electromagnetic wave application. The product was measured by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the microstructure was detected by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and their magnetic properties were also characterized. The epoxy resin composites with 40 vol% Fe3O4 nanocrystallines provided good electromagnetic wave absorption performance (RL < -20 dB) in the range of 2.0-4.3 GHz over absorber thickness of 3.5-6.8 mm.
