藏药康定乌头主要生物碱的分离鉴定及含量测定
Determination of alkaloids of Aconiti Tatsienensis Radix
目的：对康定乌头中的主要生物碱进行分离鉴定及含量测定。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱法对康定乌头的主要生物碱进行分离纯化，根据化合物的理化常数和波谱数据鉴定其结构。采用高效液相色谱法测定康定乌头中滇乌头碱的含量。结果：从康定乌头中分离鉴定出滇乌头碱和塔拉萨敏，不同产地康定乌头中的滇乌头碱的平均含量为0.228%。结论：所建方法操作简便，准确，重复性和稳定性较好，可用于康定乌头的质量控制。?????
Objective: To study the diterpene alkaloids and determine the content of yunaconitine in Aconiti Tatsienensis Radix. Methods: The compounds were isolated by chromatographic and their structures were elucidated by spectral data and physicochemical characteristics. High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) was adopted to determine the content of yunaconitine. Results: Two compounds were isolated and identified as Yunaconitine (1) and talasamine (2). An average of yunaconitine is 0.228%. Conclusion: The established standard is acceptable for quality evaluation of Aconiti Tatsienensis Radix.?
