弦支穹顶结构索撑节点预应力损失计算方法
n Evaluation Method of the Pre-stress Loss of Cables in Cable-strut Joints of Suspen-Domes during the Pre-tension Process
准确获取预应力张拉过程中的预应力损失,是弦支穹顶结构施工控制的关键环节,而张拉过程中的摩擦损失则是预应力损失的一个重要原因。本文研究弦支穹顶结构预应力张拉过程中索撑连接的力学特征,分析索撑节点摩擦引起预应力损失的力学机理,在此基础上引用预应力混凝土孔道摩擦理论,根据弦支穹顶结构预应力张拉过程的特点,推导出预应力摩擦损失简化计算公式。针对一个实际弦支穹顶结构,应用本文公式计算张拉过程中的预应力摩擦损失,验证了本文计算公式的正确性和有效性。
alculating the pre-stress loss of cables in cable-strut joints accurately is the crucial step for construction control of suspend-domes. The pre-stress loss caused by friction of cable-strut joints is the critical factor. The characteristics of cable-strut joints are explored in this paper. The pre-stress losing mechanism during pre-tension is investigated. On the basis of the porthole friction theory using in pre-stressed concrete members, the method for evaluating the pre-stress loss in cable-strut joints of the suspend-domes are developed. A corresponding simplified formula is proposed. The calculation method is adopted for evaluating the pre-stress loss of an actual suspend-dome. The results show that the method is simple and effective.
