在石化领域,故障带来的损失是极其巨大的.因此,0故障预警已成为当前石化工业领域的亟需解决的问题之一。针对上述问题,本课题设计并实现了一套面向石化领域的大数据故障预警系统。在算法层面上,实现了基于主成分分析的系统健康打分算法。在系统层面上,实现了支持数据采集存储、算法模块调度、数据分析结果展示的大数据系统。有益于帮助石化领域技术人员发现、预警故障。
In the field of petrochemical industry, the fault caused by failures are enormous. Therefore, fault prediction in petrochemical industry have became one of the urgent problems to be solved. To solve the above problems, this paper designs and implements a big data fault prediction system for petrochemical industry. as for the algorithmic aspect, this system implements an algorithms which is based on principal component analysis. As for the software implementation aspect. A big data system which have function of data acquisition and storage, algorithm module scheduling and data analysis results display is implemented. This helps petrochemical technicians better deal with the fault.
