Investigation on nonvolatile holographic properties of near-stoichiometric Mn:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals

本文分别利用顶部籽晶助熔剂方法(TSSG)与提拉法(CZ)法生长了锰铁双掺近化学计量比(Mn:Fe:SLN)与同成份铌酸锂晶体(Mn:Fe:CLN)。通过紫外光敏化、红光记录,分别在氧化态Mn:Fe:SLN和Mn:Fe:SLN晶体中实现了信息的非挥发性存储。研究发现SLN样品有着比CLN样品更快的双光子非挥性全息存储响应速度和更高的光折变灵敏度。

Near-stoichiometric and congruent LiNbO3 crystals co-doped with Mn and Fe ions were grown by TSSG and CZ methods, respectively. Nonvolatile holographic storage was realized in Mn:Fe:SLN and Mn:Fe:CLN crystals by UV light sensitizing and red light recording. Investigation implied that the nonvolatile holographic storage response speed and photorefractive sensitivity in SLN samples were much higher than those in CLN samples.
