液体混合用双入口压电泵仿真分析与试验研究

本文将压电泵应用于液体的混合,设计了液体混合用双入口压电泵,并分析双入口压电泵的工作原理。采用Fluent软件对双入口压电泵腔体内部流动液体的压力分布和速度分布进行模拟仿真,并分析仿真结果。对双入口压电泵两入口吸入量和总的泵出量进行试验测试,试验结果表明:双入口压电泵可以实现两种液体混合后的输出,且通过调节压电泵的驱动频率可以控制两入口吸入量占泵出量的百分比,从而控制混合后输出液体的性质。

his article put forward using multi-entrance piezoelectric pump in the liquid mixing areas,double-entrance piezoelectric pump are designed and theirs working principles are analyzed.Fluent is used to simulate liquid velocity and pressure distribution in cavity body of double-entrance piezoelectric pump.By testing intake account for pump output of double-entrance piezoelectric pump and test results show that: double-entrance piezoelectric pump can output a mixture of two liquids and the percentage of intake account for pump output of double-entrance piezoelectric pump can be controlled by regulating the driving frequency as a result of controling the characteristic of the mixing liquid.
