HPLC同时测定生脉饮中人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1的含量
Simultaneous Determination of Ginsenoside Rb1 and Ginsenoside Rg1 in Shengmaiyin by HPLC
目的：用高效液相色谱法同时测定生脉饮中人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil C18柱（5 μm，250 mm×4.6 mm），乙腈－水进行梯度洗脱，流速0.6ml•min-1，检测波长203nm，柱温25℃。结果：对生脉饮中人参皂苷Rb1和人参皂苷Rg1进行含量测定。其线性范围分别为0.050～1.000mg ml-1(r=0.9994)和0.050～1.000mg ml-1(r=0.9991)，平均回收率分别为98.3%（RSD=4.3%）和96.5%（RSD=2.1%）。结论：方法简便，可用于生脉饮质量的评价。
Objective:To determine the content of ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Rg1 in shengmaiyin simultaneously by HPLC .Methods: The quantitative assess was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column（5 μm，250 mm×4.6 mm），with a moble phase of acetonitrile-water at a flow rate of 0.6 ml•min-1,and UV detection was performed under 203nm with 25℃ as the column temperature .Result: Quantitative assess was performed on ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Rg1. The linear ranges for ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were 0.050-1.000mg•ml-1(r=0.9994) and 0.050-1.000mg•ml-1 (r=0.9991) , respectively . The average recoveries were 98.3（RSD=4.3%）and 96.5%（RSD=2.1%）, respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,and it can be used to evaluate the quality of shengmaiyin.
