开绕组永磁同步电机四桥臂控制系统预测电流策略研究
Research on the Predictive Current Control Strategy of Open-Winding of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor System on Four-Leg Converter
相比常规的采用双逆变器的开绕组同步电机系统,四桥臂系统在保证相同的直流母线电压利用率的条件下,能够显著降低成本。本文给出基于最佳电压矢量快速选择和无差拍预测电流控制的方法,用于抑制四桥臂开绕组永磁同步电机控制系统的零序电流。首先,对共直流母线四桥臂系统的数学模型及αβ平面的电压矢量分布进行分析;其次,采用模型预测电流算法进行控制;在此基础上,建立abc坐标系下的空间电压矢量分布系统,并分析几何空间关系,给出选择最优电压矢量的方法;最后建立零轴电压预测方程,并采用中矢量调制方法,给出基于无差拍预测电流控制的零序电流抑制策略。研究结果表明,本文所提出的控制策略能够显著抑制零序电流,并提升系统的动态和稳态性能,同时不需要复杂的价值函数计算,能够显著降低计算量。仿真验证了所提控制方法的正确性。
ompared to conventional open-winding synchronous motor systems employing dual inverters, the four-leg converter system significantly reduces cost while maintaining the same utilization of the DC bus voltage. In this paper, a method based on optimal voltage vector fast selection and deadbeat predictive current control is presented for suppressing zero-sequence current in the four-leg converter open-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor control system. Firstly, the mathematical model of the common DC bus four-leg converter system and the voltage vector distribution in the αβ plane are analyzed; secondly, the model predictive current algorithm is employed for control. On this basis, a spatial voltage vector distribution system in the abc coordinate system is established, and the geometric spatial relationship is analyzed to provide a method for selecting the optimal voltage vector; finally, a zero-axis voltage prediction equation is established, and the mid-vector modulation method is adopted to present a zero-sequence current suppression strategy based on deadbeat predictive current control. Research results demonstrate that the proposed control strategy can significantly suppress zero-sequence current and improve the dynamic and steady-state performance of the system without requiring complex value function calculations, significantly reducing computation. Simulation validates the correctness of the proposed control method.
